Why Michelle chose Barack

As a prelude to Michelle Obama's speech tonight, I thought it would be fun to take a look at what she said when a young woman in England asked her why she was chose Barack.



Smart woman...smart choice.

And as a correction to something I wrote about this morning - it looks like Sasha and Malia will be at home watching with Dad tonight.

President Obama will watch Michelle Obama's speech at the Democratic National Convention Tuesday at home with their daughters, Obama said at a rally in Norfolk, Va., Tuesday.

He said that he will likely cry, because "when Michelle starts talking, I start getting all misty."
