Sometimes help is a smile, sometimes a kind word, sometimes a little money, sometimes a hug, sometimes a meal, sometimes just seeing the other as a real and valued person. It is of far greater value to do what we can in little ways every day than to attempt the grand and larger things that can be overwhelming to us and then do nothing.

I've taken that advice and I have noticed my life has become enormously happier and more satisfying by offering whatever I have to the person right in front of me and joining with others to affect larger numbers when I can.

Thanks again for sparking the thoughts.

Hugs
ShirlShirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14821335893587681812noreply@blogger.com
