I remember that almost the first thing Michell...VC<br /><br />I remember that almost the first thing Michelle did after inauguration was to invite a bunch of local middle school students to the WH for Black History Month.<br /><br />I was blown away! Sure, some people like the adorable little ones and some people like them when they get old enough to act like adults. But middle school???????? Only the true lovers of ALL children like being around them. I do believe that she and her husband have a wonderful affinity with, and for, young people. The part I find interesting is that they both seem to interact positively with children NO MATTER the age group.
