Witness the miserable Democratic participation in the TX 6 Congressional primary (about 14%) which allowed the 22% Republican turnout to ensure the top two spots were both Republicans. I had thought maybe Jaime Harrison would be able to spur turnout in the one, single race we might have had some chance of flipping, but ... nope. <br /><br />I try to remain optimistic, and hope that 2022 will somehow reproduce 2018 and 2020.
