It IS the extension of 'Jim Crow' into more areas of today's society. I'm greatly disappointed in the willingness of Americans to willfully deny their fellow citizens a voice in 'participatory democracy.' Because it's so clearly a race-based practice couched in any possible sort of means to deny the privilege to non-whites, it's contrary to existing constitutional practices and intents. How can the DOJ continue to permit these practices to continue? Personally, I'm just completely disappointed with almost all Republicans.
