President Obama's opponents should take note

First, they should read this:

Trump succeeded in pushing the right’s narrative about Obama to an unsightly and extremely high profile denouement at precisely the same time that Obama and his national security team were putting the final touches on the plan to kill America’s number one terrorist foe — accomplishing one of this country’s principal national security objectives of the last decade.

Even putting aside the killing of Bin Laden, a high visibility huckster/reality TV star like Trump was the perfect agent to reveal the cheap fraudulence and vacuousness of birtherism and its underlying implications. But beyond that, you couldn’t have asked for a more striking and revelatory contrast than the sight of the media freak-show surrounding Trump’s bluster and Obama’s release of his long form certificate — followed only days later by the President somberly announcing to the nation that he had given the order to kill this country’s and the world’s most wanted man. We can’t fully appreciate yet just how much damage this has done to one of the right’s primary narratives about Obama.

And then watch this:

  1. Firstly, trustin' you are well today, Ms. Pants.

THANK YOU for posting this. Though, not so much for his opponents.

This would be quite helpful for his "friends".

He has been as consistent in his 'I will listen to opponents. But, if they appear to be taking advantage of my being even tempered or if they come at me....' approach as the day is long.

But, noooo.....because he doesn't howl and stomp and preen he's been: "soooooo disappointing".

  2. Is that you Blackman?

I agree - Obama's so-called "friends" on the left should take notice. But it seems our culture only validates "stomp and preen"...and drawing lines in the sand. I have been truly disappointed that the blindness to alternatives has been true of the left as well as the right.

I keep hoping that after 8 years of Obama's leadership, folks will wake up to the fact that there is another way.

  3. Yes ma'am, it is, Ms. Pants.

Thank you again, so VERY much for what you're putting forth.

And, you are just doin' it to death, girl.
