This whole SNL skit is pretty funny. But of course the kicker for me comes a little over half way through when Bush (Will Ferrell) calls President Obama a "smartypants." HA!!!!
P.S. Just in case anyone wonders what VP Biden would think of this, just remember how he reacted when SNL spoofed him during the last election.
