Who needs a green thumb?
Here's some pictures of wildflowers my brother took around Grand Marais. I especially love the ones that sprout up on the rocks along the shore of Lake Superior.
The spike of bright pink flowers is Fireweed...destroyer of wetlands. Great for mountain environments, but once they get into a wetland they take over. Pretty though.
