Tweet for Jobs

Via Chipsticks

For weeks now, President Obama has been going around the country asking us to contact Congress and urge them to support the American Jobs Act. He's asked us to call, write, email, Facebook, tweet, carrier pigeon...whatever.

Now OFA, (masters in the use of social media) have made the "tweet" part of that easy.

All you have to do is click on that link, enter your email address, street address, and zip code and OFA will set up and send a tweet from you to your Republican members of Congress. It really is that easy. I just did it and it took all of 30 seconds.

If you're like me and don't have a Republican member of Congress (YEAH!), you have the option to send one to Speaker Boehner (which is what I did).

Also, if you don't have a twitter account, that will take you all of about a minute to set up.

The President is going all over this country busting his "you know what" to get this thing done. I'd say the least we can do is spend a minute or two helping out. Just. Go. Do. It!
