Nancy LeTourneau's big picture look at politics and life
EL,I can tell you're "feeling his pain"...not.LOL
Oh, don't worry. His supporters will still hold the torch for him. They always do.
He's gone from the national conversation for this round. And not a moment too soon as far as I'm concerned.
Hehe. No wonder why his biggest fans at The Nation and Salon.com have a bad case of "the vapors". He was their "Great White Hope"... But with Paul sidelined, who else can the PL emo-progs flirt with? (Queue wishful thinking of Gary Johnson/Rocky Anderson/phantom 3rd party in 5-4-3-2-1...)
I know it's wrong to laugh at the affliction of my intellectual inferiors. This time I can't help myself. Seeing Ron Paul be Ron Paul and to be lucky enough to see Gingrich cry on TV puts me in good spirits. It's like seeing the school bully get that much deserved curb stomping. Vic78
