Tonight the White House will host an Evening of Poetry "designed to highlight the impact of poetry on American culture." Performers will include: Steve Martin, Elizabeth Alexander, Billy Collins, Common, Rita Dove, Kenneth Goldsmith, Alison Knowles, Aimee Mann and Jill Scott.
