I must admit that Biology was my worst subject in high school. I blame that mostly on a very bad teacher. Perhaps if I'd had someone like John Palmer, the whole course of my life trajectory would have changed. Well...maybe that's a bit much. But at least I'd have known about the Cambrian Explosion.
How fun is that?!
And what's not to love about a band who's name is "Brighter Lights, Thicker Glasses?"

Oh, this was clever! I was never very good at science either, and I'm determined to help my daughter have a better understanding. On Saturday she and I learned a lot about sea life (click on my name for more).
